A criminal-history background check may be required if you are accepted as a volunteer. SERR does not accept court-appointed volunteers. Only registered volunteers are allowed on site, sorry- no children can accompany volunteers. No drama, no drugs, no smoking on site. We do not, for any reason, engage in hitting, striking, slapping, whipping or other physical discipline of our horses.
